5 Star - Liked it
Stayed here in July 2010 in White Birch camground, site 646. Site was right on the lake with a great view. Most sites in the park are private at the sides and back with the fronts being open. Non motorized lakes made for very quiet park. Comfort stations clean and even the vault toilets had flush toilets in them. Lots to do in the area, take a day trip to Killarney or the French River or Sudbury. The store down the road from the park sells everything you need,a bit pricey but that was expected. Overall a relaxing vacation.

5 Star - beautiful little park
My husband and I camped at Grundy twice this year; once in July and again in September for our honeymoon. The park is a great family park in the summer; very well maintained and friendly. Camping in the fall (early fall)was an amazing experience. We woke to the call of the loon and went to bed to the sound of the wolves. We were a little early for the fall colours but watched as the leaves changed over the week and were thrilled with spectacular scenery. This park will be a regular destination for our family.

4 Star - Great, but very busy park
My family stayed at Grundy last summer - July 2008. Overall it was a great park - the sites are pretty good (not great), great hiking, swimming and canoeing. They even have canoe/kayak rentals. This was our first time camping at provincial park during the summer - we typically camp in the off season and we found the campground very busy. With serveral hundred sites, it is like a small city in the summer. Unfortunately, there were some very noisy campers nearby. Lots of kids programs in the summer. We stayed at site 643 in White Birch campground - the sites are well treed and generally you can't see the neighbours on either side, but are quite open to the road in the front. This site was right on the water which was great for canoeing. Our stay on Thanksgiving weekend was wonderful! A lot more quiet. Site 318 in Poplar campground was also well treed, but quite open in the front.
